YES! You -must- own an existing product key to use our boot DVDs and USB sticks for Windows. This software will -only- work to help restore or repair an existing Windows installation or re-install a Windows installation on a hard drive using your existing product key.

Is this the full Windows software?
These USB/DVDs are designed to re-install, re-store or repair a Windows installation. You must own an existing product key or certificate of authenticity. If the software is used, it will re-install that version of Windows as a fresh install. You will still need to download any drivers for your particular hardware.
